I received my bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Education and hold a dual master's degree (M.A.) in Human Services Counseling and Executive Leadership. I am currently a candidate for the PhD Psychology in Mental Health Policy and Practice. I am a seasoned conference speaker, educational leader, and entrepreneur for the past 25 years.
I am an educational leader with a distinct ability to engage and connect with my audience.
I am a member of several professional educational consultant organizations across the country. Each year, I attend a variety of webinars and conferences to better help my clients. I stay relevant with topics related to social issues affecting women and youth.
When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy reading great books and traveling with my family. My favorite weekend activity is tending to, and building my garden of fruits and veggies, and more recently, caring for my chickens.
I have an educational spanish language podcast which I manage, titled, “Aliento A Tu Corazón,” (Hope for the Heart). This podcast is designed to help, encourage and mentor the vibrant dual language (English/Spanish) Hispanic population.
I offer a complimentary one-hour service to go over the process with your group‘s event planner. After this initial consultation, my lead coordinator will follow-up via email and recommend an appropriate service for your needs, discuss conference options, booking requirements and dates available. I lead conferences in Spanish, English or both languages, simultaneously, if needed.
I am available on an hourly basis and can provide professional Skype or Zoom conferences to employers requiring management training, conflict resolution, translation services, and trade specific workplace spanish language educational sessions, ie., (healthcare, educational, religious or law enforcement). I am available to provide families with school age children advice about finding the right school or college, writing applications, standardized testing, and more. I am a Master Level Therapist and can counsel in order to assess students‘ needs, detect behaviors and point families to resources available in the local and surrounding areas.
I offer a complete special service that includes evaluating the student's academic record, establishing reachable goals, advising the student throughout any academic application process, and advocating for the student. Assessments are available for students in grades 3-12. I am also a certified autism specialist (CAS) and can guide and assist parents, schools or institutions who love, care for, and teach students with special needs and abilities.
I commit myself to understand the needs of my clients and how each educational conference is unique to them. Tell me more about what you're looking for, and I will get back to you soon with some ideas.
